This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Stephen Nielsen App ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the Stephen Nielsen App application ("App"). By using Stephen Nielsen App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Stephen Nielsen App App for your personal or commercial use.
2.1 You agree to use Stephen Nielsen App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement, any applicable laws, and regulations.
3.1 You retain ownership of any content, information, or materials that you upload, post, or transmit through Stephen Nielsen App ("User Content").
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stephen Nielsen concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
By using Stephen Nielsen App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Stephen Nielsen App App.
